Good Food Principle: Food Policy
Policy at all levels needs to be contextual and rooted in place-based knowledge and experience to support sustainable food systems. As a core theme across FLEdGE, the research looked at the use of food policy as a lever for change and as a way to shift thinking and priorities, from the local to the international level. Researchers worked across sectors and levels of government to support, understand, and create food policies that move towards a more sustainable and equitable future.
