In summer 2017, four graduate students worked with FLEdGE community partners on three action research projects. These projects explored the tensions, compromises, and opportunities inherent in the scaling up and out of sustainable food system initiatives.

As a component of the Toronto City Region Food System Assessment Project, Nicholas Godfrey presents a case study of a co-location food hub, Feeding Halton, as an innovative example of agency participating in building and maintaining multi-stakeholder partnerships and enhanced urban-rural agricultural partnerships.
