Through the Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security initiative, these projects follow two streams.The work in Alberta explores regional food systems and the role of cooperatives in fostering healthy, local food. In BC the focus builds on the Southwest BC Bioregion Food System Design Project, to explore bioregional food systems and related metrics.
