Postdoctoral Fellow, Wilfrid Laurier University, Centre for Sustainable Food Systems

I am a postdoctoral fellow at Laurier, working within the Centre for Sustainable Food Systems. Through a sociological and political economy approach, my research offers new perspectives on the uneven development of North America, the transition from agrarian societies to industrial societies, the past and present of the world peasantries, land grabbing, contemporary transformations of agriculture, and the relationship between climate change and land uses.
